From Elsie Silver’s captivating small-town romances 🐴 to the magical retelling of Wicked by Gregory MaguireπŸͺ„, each book in this haul promises something special. Plus, I’ll be giving my initial thoughts on these reads and why they made it onto my TBR.

Join me as I dive into these fresh picks—have you read any of these? Let’s chat in the comments!

Wicked by Gregory Maguire: A classic reimagining of The Wizard of Oz, but with a much darker and more political twist. It gives Elphaba (aka the Wicked Witch of the West) a complex backstory, making you question everything you thought you knew about the original story. If you love deep world-building and moral gray areas, it’s a must-read.

Wild Eyes by Elsie Silver: A fresh release from Elsie Silver and if it’s anything like her previous books, it’s bound to be full of tension, heart, and swoon-worthy romance. Elsie’s writing always nails that small-town, big-feelings vibe and this one seems to have a slightly grittier edge with a touch of adventure. Definitely a great pick if you love emotional, character-driven romance!

A Photo Finish by Elsie Silver: This is part of her Gold Rush Ranch series and it’s such a fun mix of second-chance romance and forced proximity. The chemistry between the characters is chef’s kiss!  If you love a romance with strong character growth and some spice, this one’s for you!

Under Your Spell by Laura Wood: This book screams cozy, feel-good romance. It has a modern witchy vibe mixed with classic rom-com energy, making it perfect for fans of lighthearted, magical love stories. The bright cover gives off all the right vibes for a fun, slightly whimsical read. If you’re in the mood for something sweet and uplifting, this would be a great choice!

☁️ Which one would you choose to start first?
